NEWTON 503 Damp Proof Membrane

With its 3mm stud, Newton 503 achieves a low profile so as not to impinge on the space in the room, whilst maintaining an air gap for moisture vapour to evaporate into and move around unhindered.

Newton 503 provides a soft cushioning effect on the flooring above and is often the preferred damp proof membrane when a timber floating floor is required. Suitable finishes are screed and timber flooring.

NEWTON 503 FLOOR TILE Damp Proof Membrane

This product is this sister product to Newton 503 Mesh. It has an additional anchoring fleece to the studded side for bonding the membrane to the substrate. When adhered with Newton Floor Tile Adhesive, Newton 503 Floor Tile damp proof membrane provides a fully bonded water and vapour proof membrane with superb soundproofing and cushioning properties.

Suitable finishes are tile, stone and paved flooring.

NEWTON 501 SLIMLINE Damp Proof Membrane

Newton 501 Slimline damp proof membrane has a unique profile that allows the movement of vapour below the membrane. Made from High Density Polypropylene, its cross pattern profile makes it extremely pliable and versatile. It is particularly useful for protecting floor finishes above new concrete as it can be laid as soon as the concrete is dry enough to walk on. The product has a very high loading capacity of over 1000kN/m2 which means that it can easily be used through or below internal load bearing walls.

Suitable finishes are screed and floating timber flooring.
